Quantum phenomena are invisible, abstract, and difficult to grasp directly. Quantum Interactions explores how playful, participatory experience can make them engaging, intuitive, and accessible — to everyone, not just physicists.

Dr Simon Goorney

Simon is a researcher at Aarhus University who has spent the past five years managing European collaborative projects in quantum education. He has taught physics to schoolchildren across multiple countries, and is passionate about bringing quantum science to wider audiences.

He believes engaging young people is essential to ensuring that quantum technology develops as a successful and widely accepted technology — and that the way in requires creativity as much as rigor.
